- Amendment 0005 Amendment 0005 Conformed Copy The purpose of this Amendment 0005 was to update the closing date to 15 September 2018 and update the Questions and Answers to 3 September 2018. All that submit a proposal shall also submit a signed copy of the attached Amendment titled "W91B4N-18-Q-5004-0005 Amendment" with blocks 15a, 15b, and 15c completed. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Professional and Technical Services as defined in this PWS. Performance location will be Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan. Please review enclosed solictation attachment (W91B4N-18-Q-5004-0005 Conformed Copy) for details.
