- M67001-18-Q-1116 RFQ posted 17 AUG 2018 RFQ posted closes 5 Sept 2018 at 10:00am EDST Pre-Solicitation Notice posted MCIEAST-MCB Camp Lejeune Contracting Department, has a requirement for offsite transcription services to provide contractor transcription services to assist the various Command Inspector General Offices aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, NC. A complete performance work statement will be included with the solicitation. The period of performance will be for a base period of 12 months with two one year option periods. The Government intends to award the quoter who represents the Best Value to the Government. Best Value will be determined by a review of quoters' responses to the evaluation criteria provided in the solicitation, on an all or none basis. This requirement is 100% small business set aside, the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541614, Document Preparation Services, which has a small business size standard of 15.0 Million dollars in annual receipts. The RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99, effective 16 July 2018 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20180629, effective 29 June 2018. The solicitation M67001-18-Q-1116 will be posted on or about 3 days after this posting and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. All responsible businesses may submit a quote, which will be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website.
