The Contractor shall provide off site plant based shredding, pickup, transport and disposal from TAMC and Schofield Barracks facilities between business hours excluding Federal Holidays. Destination/Place of Performance Information: TAMC, 2nd Floor Wing F Loading Dock and Schofield Barracks, Building 679 Duration/Period of Performance: The anticipated base period of performance is October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019. Four pre-priced twelve month option periods will be included in the solicitation. The contractor shall comply with all terms, conditions, special contract requirements/conditions and specifications contained in the contract or incorporated by reference. The contractor will be responsible for complying with federal, state, or local environmental regulations, laws and or policies, whichever is the most stringent. Purpose of contract is to provide Shredding of Privacy Act documentation services and pick-up towards the optimization of environmental compliance. Environmental compliance shall be consistent with federal, state, and local regulations for handling, transporting, and disposing of Privacy Act documentation. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Procured as a Base plus four pre-priced 12 month option years.
