- Draft Section M Draft Section L Draft Construction Cost Matrix SOW Appendix E SOW Appendix D SOW Appendix C SOW Appendix B SOW Appendix A Seed Project SOW Draft Basic SOW Draft Solicitation Question and Comment Matrix ***THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL*** *** THIS IS A POSTING TO PROVIDE DRAFT DOCUMENTS FOR REVIEW BY INTERESTED OFFERORS, PLEASE PROVIDE ANY COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS USING THE COMMENT MATRIX ATTACHED TO THIS POSTING BY COB 7 APRIL 2017*** The Hill Air Force Base (HAFB) Paving program supports all aspects of exterior/interior paving, concrete, and appurtenance improvements to include milling, excavating, grading, utility replacement, preparation, installation, and maintenance. The program will be supported via a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Mulitple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, which will cover HAFB, Little Mountain Test Annex (LMTA), Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR), Carter Creek, Boulder-WY and other geographically separated sites paving needs. The contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all labor, material and equipment necessary to perform all aspects of pavement installation, repair and maintenance.
